First they need to get on OTC and trade for awhile then apply to Nasdaq when they get above $4 share price. FBEC is tradeable with some brokers. I saw a $59 share price thrown out there in a couple of places. That would be a $295 Billion Market Cap. We don’t know how much money they have until the filings released but it seems they are doing pretty good with their two big events coming up for 4000 people at two nice hotels. We do know their goal is Nasdaq and they seem pretty confident about getting there.
