lol. Well..you don't have to live in the US to have common sense. Would you require current financials from someone who you just judged to have false inflated financials??? ...lol.

The reason why the Bondsman needs to file current financials is to prove he actually has the assets/cash..and not just an IOU on a piece of paper...lol.. :)
