Do you think you can file a successful Chap 7 corporate bankruptcy petition for IBM or Google?

If nott - which is the correct response - why would you think you could do so for ACCR?

First, you are nott a corporate officer of ACCR.

Second, ALL corporations MUST be represented by a lawyer in court. ALWAYS. No exceptions.

BTW, did you receive money or any other consideration in exchange for the shares represented in that certificate? If you tell the court that you did nott deliver the certificate and do nott intend to, you have admitted to the crime of fraud.
