I get it and I’m shocked it’s not there yet tbh. They are leaving this one alone for some reason.
I think the lawsuit in SD is useless imo. It’s not a California corp so they ultimately wont have jurisdiction. It would mean any company could be sued in a different state (Alaska) and be granted receivership for not showing up.
I do see it going to expert because the time will run out and it is sad that people are buying the BR lies.
