Disregard me. What conclusions have the FDA_&_SEC drawn? Are they verbose negative opinions and conclusions based on what they believe to be facts? Are they to be dismissed?
The FDA has turned down at least 4 PMA's by now. I know this, not because UHP divulged material events affecting their operations as they are required to do, but because there is a 180 day window for the FDA to make a decision. The SEC informs you here of UHP's ventures into the over the counter medical market: https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/complaints/2022/comp25413.pdf On the other hand compared to you, it is very obvious what the goal is of the individuals disregarding these opinions and conclusions of the FDA and SEC are and the objectives they seek.
I do not see very many. Although numerous first time posters have emerged claiming to be long term posters, they display grammar and expressiveness eerily similar to several very manipulative individuals who post here. Also, I see trends in the stock price that can only be attributed to capital management brokers using their clients' money to manipulate the stock.
Do you mean monotonous similar to the insufferable and incessant hyping of every phony ueec PR and all the fabricated bullshit that has been flying around for a over a decade. Here is a small sample from 2013:
Just like I am sure a few disingenuous con men will be doing their damnedest to bilk everyone out of their hard earned money. Good day.
