There are no updated financials, so no one knows a correct valuation for DANS. Based on their old filings they had like $30 million in debt, but I believe that was back in 2002, so did it go up or down since then??? Many people have called and gotten info that the share count is basically the same, around 70 million, so that helps, but until we find out what their debt is, we don't know anything. Also we don't know exactly what DANS will be worth after the deal, as they are selling the rights to their product and will become a licensee of it after that, will they get to keep their existing contracts??? Will they be limited as far as where they can sell??? Will others be able to become a licensee and therefore competition??? Lots of questions that need to be answered to find a correct valuation, and that's why it is going down now. Right now I'd say it's more of a chart play or not, as opposed to a fundamental play, because we don't have anything close to a good picture of the fundamentals.IMO
