700 square meters is 7500 square feet.
Prodigy textiles rearing house in quang nam is 3500 square feet and the lab is roughly 2500 square feet.

So it is plenty big enough to breed eggs.

In saying that, this doesn't automatically mean trials are starting in lam dong and not quang nam.
I think more likely the parent strains for bam 1 are in quang nam.
