RH pulled it off with Mindspring didn't he? he's been running this for quite a number of years, he and other Insiders have been participating in the PP's, RH's health is somewhat questionable, he could easily do without the stress going forward, so why not accept a reasonable takeover offer, maybe $3-$5 today? who knows
