No dilution should be the biggest factor on OTC.

"Should be" but many times isn't. Besides no dilution, revenues should be another big factor in determining an OTC share price.

Both of these factors seem to be favorable for GDVM.

And I don't care if GDVM is late on every one of their filings. As long as they don't get downgraded to the dreaded "Expert Market".

Well lemme see…some of the Brilliant minds in here would rather have pointless dribble on a weekly or daily basis than a 850 Million share reduction. Melvin stated over a year ago that this was a two year plan in building the company. Just keep loading and trust in Melvin or leave. Because nothing in the way Melvin conducts his business plan is going to change because of the chatter on iHub.
