I'm also not arguing that Ceo didn't have a bad history.
However, I don't care, I look at the company as a whole and as something I like to invest my money in, and I believe that I could make money on it, that's why people are in the stock market... Right?

But many are so smart ass that they know in advance what is going on. If the CEO has cheated someone before that 's not my problem and the reason to hate and want to do damage to the company and shareholders. There are government agencies for this, so go ahead.
