My read is they are in a 'quiet period" as their social media has been limited. Lets see.

On SPAC's if one does research , they almost always 99% fall in price after completion, so one needs to know when to get out and back in .

The Jacobi and NUKK folks have not spent this much time and effort to now have something in the works.
