I wish more companies would have taken advantage of that 15-12g during the 15c-211 rule but most companies didn't want to keep filing with no operations. It costs about $10,000/annum to keep Pink Current then, depending on internals such as interest on notes and stipulations on how payments are made, salaries, rent etc etc, it just wasn't worth it for most otc's.
