Retail voted against share issuance a few years ago when the price was unnaturally inflated, when AA wanted to take advantage of the price to address debt. Moron apes voted it down. This was ALWAYS the alternative after that vote. Idiots with Covid stimulus checks that couldn’t begin to understand how these things actually work shot themselves in the foot here.
