First, BODs HAVE AlWAYS BEEN THIS WAY. For someone supposedly so close to CEOs I’m surprised you think this is a new development within public entities. The conduit for corporate info and trading then and now is via SEC counsel/firms. Despite the back and forth BS, the fact remains that Elite would be no more without our CEO. Keep beating a dead horse in the name of having a ‘debate’.
