The remaining step is setting up the bank details in Hong Kong, which needs to be done in person. This will be done within a week, as I understand it. Once that is done, finally wire the money to the shareholders. There shouldn't be any more room left for hitherto unknown problems.
Everyone here knows there has been delays. Anything involving large sums of money crossing borders often comes with delays. It's been frustrating for everyone. But all indications are that things are moving now.
