I hope we never see that r/s...but yes let's see the proof of their intent.....and besides if the Newco are going to be giving away shares, i don't see how that would work unless they give them away in fractions, in other words if we did the r/s and the shares are worth 10 to $20 each...isn't that a bit high for a whole share giveaway??
