It looks like the end of Bhatti and Collins on remand - correct?

Seems so, yeah. Perhaps their lawyers sold Thursday (it's often the case in stockholder litigations the lawyers too have skin in the game). I haven't been following those cases as I didn't expect any relief there.

it will be interesting to see if Agenda 47 will include a housing initiative and what role the GSEs and possible exit would play with any proposed Agenda47 initiative.?

I don't see anything even when searching on the Agenda 47 site related to the GSEs.

One would think that ball of post-judgement interest accruing would incentivize someone in the government to arrive at a settlement especially if Wazee is successfully appealed. Very curious if anyone knows what case Hume mentioned other than Wazee is being organized @ 37:00ish here https://open.spotify.com/episode/1EBGbLEYNbfzByGiNd388P .

28 U.S.C. § 1961 "nterest shall be allowed on any money judgment in a civil case recovered in a district court... at a rate equal to the weekly average 1-year constant maturity Treasury yield" with post-judgment interest computed daily to the date of payment and compounded annually.
