lolololol.... we are on the topic of reporting Material Events and you are now talking about Fiduciary Duty. The CEO of KEGS did his job correctly and reported the purchase of Maggies on the River when the definitive agreement was signed (within the time frame allowed).

You cant post information that has nothing to do with why you said on your post # 236018 that KEGS has no connection to Maggies on the River. There were strong connections when you said that! your post 236018:

Maggie's is being purchased by 1812 ON THE RIVER, LLC (DOS #7193812) is a Domestic Limited Liability Company in Watertown, New York registered with the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). They have no connection to KEGS

I went through your post point by point and corrected you. Can you go through your post once again and back up your statements? 1812 On The River Llc is at the same address as KEGS and multiple news articles stated 1812 Brewing Company is buying Maggies on the River. Your post 236018 states otherwise, can you let us know how you came up with your conclusion? especially after calling someone a liar!
