Learn the reporting standards of OTC Companies on "material events" before you claim shareholders bought on insider information or before you accuse someone of LYING/SPREADING LIES!!! your post 236018 (again):
Let me break down your post 236018 again for you: 1812 On The River Llc had the same mailing address as KEGS when you made the statement of: "They have no connection to KEGS"..... That is a connection and a pretty solid connection. 1812 On The River Llc has the same principal officer/president as KEGS, Thomas Scozzafava the CEO of KEGS, when you made the statement of: "They have no connection to KEGS"..... That is a connection and a pretty solid connection.
So either way you look at your post 236018; Whether KEGS was purchasing Maggies on the River or whether 1812 On The River Llc was purchasing Maggies on the River, there were solid connections.
Also, as you have falsely stated, we didnt buy on insider information since the information about 1812 Brewing Company plans/buys Maggies is and was public information at the time. KEGS didnt have to report it until "definitive agreement" was signed, I quoted the disclosure guidelines for OTC Companies for Pink Current.
In the meantime; Its not too late to redeem yourself. As far as your crew, that is not up to me!
That’s your biggest whopper yet! After stating that you’re here “to destroy the company”, you follow up by accusing RMS of harming the company — silly to the point of fantasy and delusion! Now back to $KEGS — the eclipse party in Watertown will be another boost for 1812’s beer, and should substantially help to increase sales. $KEGS
