Can you answer the question, do you have a link to short interest showing anyone is massively shorting KEGS? Explain how this occurs when the maintenance margin requirements are so high?

You are once again lying RMS555. It's not hard to look at the history of my posting and see that statement was made prior to any company announcement. When that post was made it was 100% true since the company did not PR the purchase of Maggie's until January 8th 2024. STOP lying you look like a desperate fool.

THall; I and others here have pointed out and linked to multiple news articles that specifically stated 1812 Brewing Company "plans" to purchase Maggies on the River and "receives loan" to purchase Maggies on the River. When you made the statement of KEGS has no connection to Maggies on the River, you did not do any basic DD, and refused to read the news articles posted/linked. There were and are absolutely strong connections when you made the statement on your post 236018 of KEGS has no connection to Maggies on the River. your post 236018:

Maggie's is being purchased by 1812 ON THE RIVER, LLC (DOS #7193812) is a Domestic Limited Liability Company in Watertown, New York registered with the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). They have no connection to KEGS

Just a heads up: 1812 On The River Llc does have the same mailing address as KEGS and has the same officer/principal as KEGS. Either way you look at your statement: it was blatantly & maliciously false!

Now you want to falsely claim that 1812 Brewing Company is not KEGS. Now you want to falsely claim the banks are gonna own Maggies on the River when KEGS receives the keys (hopefully by Monday April 1st). You've already stated (falsely) that Maggies on the River loses money otherwise the owner wouldn't be selling it, LMAO. You cant and shouldn't answer for the owner of any business, he can sell for whatever reason he wants to and for whatever price he wants to!
