The company is in Default - the annual report hasn’t been filed since 2023.

You left off “agent”. He/She resigned. Still an active RA, but resigned from Houmu Holdings Ltd.

So where are you supposed to find that other activity about a 'office correction' that nobody else seems able to locate? I'm not aware of a different place to look for official information on nvsos.

Are you getting old/cached data from the server possibly?
