We may never see those shares again. RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp. {MDLZ} said its board authorized a $200 million stock buyback program and an 11% increase in its dividend. Ren Chen has used this name as a benchmark for TGGI. As a side note the Nabisco name credit its printers stamp meaning to be "the triumph of the moral and spiritual over the evil and the material".
