Sorry TJG to proof you wrong, but if you go to the Press Release of July 2021, you will read this:

'The investigators of the study, which was sponsored by Georgetown University and funded by Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, have submitted an abstract of the results to the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium for consideration for presentation at its December 7-10, 2021 event'

It was indeed the thirth party (or investigator) that submitted the data to SABCS; Which is in case of ONTARGET, the MD Anderson center....
