I as well am sensing something big in the making here. The conspiracy theorist would say they've released a PR, and then they're diluting after doing so. I don't see that - when you see dilution it's normally like these huge 100 mil blocks that suddenly hit like crazy, and before you know it you have like 500-700 mil shares traded in the first 30 minutes, then it stops in its tracks and you get maybe 10 mil more shares traded for the day. That's not what this appears to be.
