So no reasoning has been come up with on this board to try and explain why the dividend news has not been PR'd. If not, then, I guess you don't know any more than me.

Joe, per the January 31 PR:

"AURUS announces that it must extend the date of record for granting the stock dividend until February 15, 2007. This is due to the delays caused by the holiday period in Russia which extended until mid January. The accountants need this additional period to ascertain the number of shares affected by this dividend. This is required in order to prepare their financial statements."

The accountants can't issue the dividend until they know the number of shares affected!!!

I know you understand that, Joe, this post is not meant for you, it is for the confused. How do you issue until you know who to issue to.
