I'm curious to why keep bringing up TL? Who was responsible for hiring TL? It wasn't PTOP shareholders!! It was the CEO !!

Please share the TL contract and the person who negotiated it with TL!

Instead of BLAMING TL, the past accounting firms, the app developers after that etc...
Btw- Did the PTOP shareholders pick vendors and negotiate those contracts? Nope, the CEO did all that by himself!! PLEASE take responsibility for all the above choices YOU made on behalf PTOP bagholders.

Just get PTOP share price with out doing a reverse till the OLD ptop bagholders have had a chance to break even
