With all due respect, AVTX went to $10 within a minute of the news. No way anyone got shares at $5 unless you knew the news was coming and had an alert on your screen. Most likely if people got shares it was at $10. More likely $12 if you bought it within 10 minutes of the news.
Otherwise, you were paying $15 or higher.
Just saying.
