Don't Idiots have rights too? This is democracy. Aren't Idiots entitled to their opinions as well like the non-idiots? How about God given freedom of choice to hold any opinions of your own? This is the questions. Unless they do something violent against man made Laws of the Constitution I think they should be left alone with their choice of thoughts minus illegal violent activities.. that the courts should deal with.
