NASDAQ doesn't care if the trading volume is low or none at all. Providing the company keeps the pps above $1 for at least 30 days and beyond.

It is. SPAC look into them. Acquisition companies can easily list on NASDAQ because meeting the listing requirements are much easier to do as a SPAC which is technically a shell company.
