All OTC stocks open at 9:30-4PM M-F.

If you don't pay for this service, your OTC shares will be priced with a 15 minute delay on all free platforms, yahoo, IHUB, google....

My bank provides me with current PPS OTC stocks for free. I can see live the PPS movement but I can't see the L2, the brokers posting the amounts they want to sell or buy.

If you don't have current PPS, if you place an order, chances are you are over paying.
