Not a believer in averaging down in any stock because your still losing money at the current price unless it goes up
Never average down only up
However in this case where you know the downside in limited at .01 it maybe worth it
Hopefully additional news will be enough to attract and move it up

Not sure if or when it will go up.

I also think news will come soon on this. If it gets to .35 - .50 range, I would consider that a win, at this point. It will at least provide an exit ramp for some who have held on.

Maybe it goes higher than that, but I wouldnt count on it.
