So now that particular deal has fallen out I don't see why GVSI can't come up with updated audited fins if necessary at any time if a new deal was to present itself

So why wasn't Sharp able to close the deal? If you think that it was because people in the merging company had their feelings hurt by social media posts, well that's just another crock in the long list of Sharp being disingenous.

It's because of all the problems GVSI has.

And now he has set everything up for the next GVSI pump and dump in 2025.

Sharp truly believes investors are stupid...even though some of the pumpers have proven to be.

George can't get GVSI audited with missing filings. Do some DD on other shells and you will see many filed numerous reports at one time.
