Interesting observation sakingme... I personally always thought the hospital facility deal was not dead. In my opinion there were lawsuits against previous owner/management that needed to be dealt with. Nothing could be said by Frank or anyone else as a result of the lawsuits.
I still believe Frank knew about the hospital conditions and previous owner situation before announcing the proposed RM. Just not the lawsuits.
In my opinion, once the lawsuits are settled the RM is resurrected. Then boom from trip1.
Looks like they have until April 14th to file an annual report (they filed a notification of late filing for period ending 12/31/2023 and they didn’t file a quarterly with 5 days so let’s see what comes out on April 14th… also shows the new address on the filing.
