Not sure if you realize that SONX was a NYSE stock and at $10 price... I believe they were focusing everything they had into developing and getting GentleWave in the market that they got behind in filings. The CFO that left was on good terms with the company. He left do to a better offer with another firm. This is normal in companies that have high end executives that are always on the headhunters list.
