--UNLESS one party acts in bad faith from the start... cons the other party... skips off with hundreds of thousands advanced to them to secure those contracts...fails to do so... and jumps to another ticker to recycle the scam... and claims it's unable to "immediately refund" the money paid them as promised IN WRITING claiming they don't have the ability to repay thereby forcing the other part to take legal action.
