Promise vs on track?

This was an exact quote from Ken in Q4 2022 about MJ Link’s liquidity event.

“The MJ Link liquidity event and the announcement of that is right around the corner. And I hope to have that put out before, certainly before the end of this month and definitely before the end of the year. Keep an ear to the ground for that news update.”

So words like certainly and definitely don’t represent a commitment to get something done?? This sounded like a promise to me. So this was 1 1/2 years ago. Ken has been misleading investors for years. As soon as he said it was “on track” this quarter I was saying it wasn’t going to happen. Been right on calling out Ken’s BS for two years. And trust me I don’t want to be right here. But I am sick Ken’s bull shit.
