Ram….hes dumped yet another 13 million today. Almost all volume is dilution. Was looking forward to proving those bashers wrong, but it appearently coming true. Passley doesn’t keep the shareholder informed, but wants us to keep buying his dilution. Evil person! Personally (and I’m no professional) don’t think charts matter in the OTC as much as emotions. Totally move a penny stock. And when one starts taking off, the MMs do everything in their power to hold it down. This is what I’ve experienced.
