Have you noticed that Sharp hasn't filed a Form 3 or any Form 4s for WNFT?

"Form 4 is a two-page document that is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) when a company insider makes a material change in their holdings. This includes directors, officers, and shareholders who own 10% or more of a company's equity securities. The form must be filed within two business days of the transaction."

Sharp certainly owns more than 10% equity.

The Form 3 is for a new owner.

"Form 3 is a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to disclose the ownership of a company's securities by an insider, such as a director, officer, or beneficial owner. The form must be filed within 10 days of becoming an insider. The information provided on the form becomes public record."

"The SEC lists the following who are required to file Form 3:

Any director or officer of an issuer with a class of equity securities

A beneficial owner of greater than 10% of a class of equity securities"

Why hasn't Sharp filed a Form 3 or Form 4 for WNFT.

The is true for SRNW.
