Were you not paying attention? He also requested a symbol change that finra would not processes aka denied. Also hmbl did a reverse split at the time of the merger wiping out shareholders .

In the past year 3 of my OTC stocks have done an R/S, one of them even R/S twice in the same year... RGB*p, BOM*o & MUL*n (2). With that said R/S's are done in the OTC.
