There's never a shortage of idiots in the OTC. Most are desperate for a "score" after THREE YEARS of nothing in the OTC since that 2-3 month run in 2021 that was fueled by just one thing, stimulus checks.

Most of these head fake runs are the crews that roam the OTC looking for a quick PUMP and DUMP. They'll make a buy ever 3-4 seconds hoping the lemmings take the bait and run the pps up a tick or two thinking the "big one" is about to occur.

Nah....just another load of INND BAGHOLDERS.
