Thanks, my buddy still has his hotels in the city, business is robust, the city has a wonderful way of transforming itself every 10 years. I remember the Bronx, the west side drive of the early 1970s. Came home from college the west side was in dire straits. Now it's beautiful. Lower Canal Street was scary, now it's classy.
