In that video- it appeared to me that fanning the sand was more impactful than that seemingly weak Dustbuster.

I'm not a salvor. Can any who are, comment on these questions?

What's the benefit of that cumbersome and likely, expensive Hoover? Can't a ship mounted vacuum be adjusted to provide less suction? Don't ship mounted vacuums run indefinitely, or as long as the gasoline allows? Has SFRX, in its long and storied history, ever found financially meaningful salvage?
