The real laugher... was, 2-3 months after the SEC zapped that scam, when they faked the death of their non-existent CEO and cFO... saying they washed up on a riverbank. Of course, seeing as ghosts have no physical bodies, no evidence was ever found. Twas among the funnist stories in pinkie land!!!
