Your right I can not guarantee the float will go up to the unrestricted amount.

However, going up to now 400 million is a big deal. This small floater ain’t that small anymore, and when you hear BIG NEWS weekly throws up red flags.

Right now there is potentially 550 million more that could be cleared.

So when you hear “no debt or notes” it doesn’t matter when you have that many shares on reserve.
