I'm not going to argue this as the "charts work/don't work in the OTCM" debate never seems to end. But you said this on 3/13:

Calculator says .0247 comes next, But I'm calling for .028 my initial call when this first began it's run!

Key words are "comes next", but just four trading days later this closed at .0034 (-82.36%).

My point is that, imo, news (good or bad) trumps charts.
