What isn't being really reported is orangeasshole can't sell it all in one shot, has to clear the restrictions set when the spac was announced of 6 month lock. That won't be an issue, but it still would take a few weeks to do anything with his shares and or he may be able to sell large amounts to investors in private trades to make money too.
Plus just the news that it passed (which the company hasn't officially announced) could cause the retail pps to fall deeply.
I don't think the retail shareholders are going to be happy when they see how screwed they get next week. The company doesn't even need to announce a r/s before hand and it's already in the filings that dwac ceases to exist, which means it's dwac shares as well.
