Yes, another stock I was in stated they wanted to do a RS but Finra denied it. Something about shares held at DTC were restricted from some old agreement. There is a lot to doing a RS, it isn't just the flick of a switch. Lots of paperwork and inventory of old shares.

Of course they can. However, this ticker needs an RS and if it gets denied it’s not a good thing.

Either way IGPK will leave so many bagholders.
