I think he is agreeing with you. That the market is in a bubble, but that bubble has not been "pricked" yet and that it is likely that it won't' be, until after the election.

Of course, all bets are off if an outside event happens (another war outbreak, a nuclear event, the dollar failing....things like that).

The history of the market has been replete with example of bubbles forming and then being burst. There's no way to prevent it and this one is no different. But I'm with him. I think this one will last until at LEAST the fall.

Let's not forget that the gloom and doom crowd (you seem to be in there) predicted 2023 would be a terrible year for the market because of inflation. Look what happened. A stellar year. Now that the stellar year is behind us, the "gloom and doom" crowd is once again focusing on THIS year.

Not trying to sway or convince you of anything. Just my opinions. So far it's continuing to rise. And even if it dropped back a bit - so what? I'm so far ahead, it really doesn't matter.

You keep bringing up Cisco - different company, different time and different tech.

Let's see how it all works out.
