So now you're stepping it up? First, all this cruelty to poor innocent Trumpty was "politically motivated". Now it's an "abuse of power"? Pretty quick escalation.

Espionage is pretty clearly defined as being against the law. In relevant part:

"the income inequity that over come us" is a direct result of successive tax cuts (something like $21 trillion) over the last four Republican administrations.
