TY Ecomike, my assumption is that those would convert back to present levels (1 for 100) thus Ben Quick Maintains control, would not the Preferred Conversion be part of the OS restricted in Total Conversion Shares ? TY for your patience....busy working today and trying to figure this out.....TYVM
